This course is ideal for people who provide pastoral care support within our church community, or who may like to volunteer at a hospital or aged care facility. It introduces the relational ministry of pastoral care, the aims and resources for pastoral care in both institutional and church contexts, listening skills, personal reflection and theological assessment, and the value of pastoral supervision.
The course runs across five Fridays from 3rd November to 1st December, 9am – 2:30pm at Figtree Anglican Church. The cost is $300 or $150 concession.
