WCCEB coordinate SRE teachers in 6 local high schools in the Wollongong area. These teachers go in to schools to teach the Bible in class and share about Jesus through lunchtime groups and other opportunities. It is an amazing opportunity to be sharing the gospel with people who might never step through our church doors! To hear more about this ministry read their latest newsletter here.
It also has its challenges, and these teachers need our prayers and support. Come along on Monday 1 June to Fairy Meadow Anglican to hear from the scripture teachers and students in person about God’s work in these high schools. Hear how you can pray for them and give thanks for what God is doing.
The cost is $20 which includes coffee and dessert, live music, and all the proceeds will go to supporting the ministry of WCCEB. You can pay on the night or make additional tax deductible donations via eftpos or cash.
